A Specialized Freelancing Program was Opened in Kunduz Province
Hafez Muhammad Yunus Rashid, Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, during his visit to Kunduz province inaugurated a Specialized Freelancing (Online Work and Trade) Program at the level of the northeast zone in the said province.
Director of Information and Culture of Kunduz, Alhaj Mutiullah Rouhani, said: “Three months ago, the Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, a number of young people at the zone level in the field of freelancing (online work and trade) specialized program online test was taken, in which from Kunduz Zone, fortunately 6 young people from passed the test, and the Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs taught them a specialized freelancing (online work and trade) program in Kabul Province. They were trained and finally their studies have ended, and in coordination with the Department of Information and Culture, more young people in this province will be trained by these 6 teachers.”
It is worth noting that the first three-month specialized program of freelancing (online work and trade) was conducted by the Ministry of Information and Culture’s Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs for the purpose of economic development of the youth, in which 42 professional teachers for seven provinces of the country have been trained in the important areas of online trade, 6 teachers participated in this program at the level of Kunduz zone.
