The second round of blood collection campaign called Al-Hayat was held in Helmand

Yesterday, a blood collection campaign called Al-Hayat was conducted by the Youth Management of the Department of Information and Culture in Lashkar Gah, the capital of Helmand province.
During this campaign, about 12 young people donated 4000 cc of blood to Al-Hayat Blood Bank in Bast Provincial Hospital of Lashkar Gah.
Qari Abdulbari Hanzala, the Youth Manager of the Department of Information and Culture, says that we have given seminars to many young people for this campaign, we have given them full awareness of the medical and “Shari'a” aspects of donating blood, in which thanks to Allah, hundreds of Youth have registered themselves in the Blood Donation.
Faizullah Nekzad, the person in charge of the register book of the blood collection campaign, says that the blood donation process is going well and transparently. Hundreds of youth have registered themselves in the books and some have singularly people are giving blood on need bases.
It is worth noting that hundreds of young people have donated blood to the Al-Hayat blood bank before.
