The regular meeting to amend the rules of cultural awards was held

Yesterday, a regular meeting was held in the People's Culture Department of the Ministry of Information and Culture under the chairmanship of Mr. Safiullah Raed, the Director of said Department. Representatives of National Theatre, Singing and Poetry, Radio and Television, Arts and Planning and Policy departments participated.
The meeting started with some blessed verses of the Holy Quran.
After that, the Director of People's Culture Mr. Maulvi Safiullah Raed welcomed the members of the committee and mentioned about the remaining parts of the amendment of the regulation and added: I hope that the draft of the amendment of the regulation will be finalized in today's meeting.
The members of the committee discussed the number of awards according to the agenda and the plan based on the decisions of the previous meetings and the following decisions were made:
- 51 awards were selected in all 7 categories.
- The plan to amend the rules of cultural and artistic awards is composed of 5 chapters and 28 articles and is acceptable.
- The new draft of the regulation should be prepared by the committee in both official languages and after the signature of the members of the committee, it should be sent to the Department of Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Information and Culture for the next stages.
In the end, the Department of People's Culture honored the participation of all the members of the committee and their efforts to amend the regulations.
