The Regular Meeting to Amend the Rules of Cultural Awards Was Held

Today, Tuesday 2023/2/14, a regular meeting was held in the People's Culture Department of the Ministry of Information and Culture under the leadership of Mr. Safiullah Raed, the Director of the said department, to amend the regulation of cultural awards. Representatives of the National Theater, People's Culture, National Radio and Television, Arts and Planning and Policy Departments participated.
The meeting started with some blessed verses of the Holy Quran.
In the beginning, the Director of People's Culture, Mawlawi Safiullah Raed, gave an introductory speech; Then, according to the agenda of the meeting the committee members discussed about cultural and artistic awards which are given for good recitations and songs, culture and literature, research and translation, handicrafts and design; they talked about the amount of the first, second and third class awards and the highest culture awards.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the new regulation of cultural and artistic awards will be prepared by the Department of People's Culture and the last review will be given to the committee members to finalize the work and send it to higher authority for approval.
