Qari Mohammad Yunus Rashid Visited the Commercial Skills Development Center in Khulm District of Samangan province

Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, Qari Muhammad Yunus Rashid, Director of Information and Culture of Balkh Province Mawlawi Zabihullah Noorani, and Chairman of ACTED Organization, Ahmed Javed Akbari, visited the Commercial Skills Development Center of ACTED Organization in Khulm District of Samangan Province.
Qari Muhammad Yunus said during his visit to the said center: “The purpose of our trip is to provide job opportunities and programs to the youth. The youth make up 68 percent of the society, and the grounds should be created for their capacity building and the improvement of their knowledge.” He praised the activities of the officials of Khulm district, Information and Culture Management and the activities of the ACTED organization for the Youth.
