A Professional Archeological Team from the Ministry of Information and Culture visited Parwan province

Today Saturday (2023/10/7), a professional team of archaeologists of the Ministry of Information and Culture met with Maulvi Shamsur Rahman Siddiqui, the Director of Information and Culture of Parwan province as well as visiting ancient sites of the province.
During this visit, the members of the professional team of the Department of Archeology said; “The purpose of their visit to Parwan province is to investigate the seized lands in ancient areas based on the proposal of the Department of Information and Culture of Parwan.”
  The Director of Information and Culture of the said province welcomed the delegation to this province and added that Parwan province is one of the ancient provinces, while there are many historical and tourist areas.
According to the information of the said delegation, construction and agricultural activities are seen in the boundaries of some protected areas.
It is worth noting that the said delegation visited Bagram Kafir Qala, Kohdaman Kafir Qala, Poza Ashtarak, Shahrshahi Bagram, Abdullah Burj and Top Dara Stupa during their trip.
