In Parwan Province, the Department of Information and Culture organized a Purple Flower parade

Yesterday in Parwan Province, the National Purple Flower Parad was held at the Purple Flower Hotel in Charikar city by the Department of Information and Culture.
In which officials of Parwan province, Directors of government agencies, writers, poets, youth, Mujahideen and media officials of this province participated.
  In the beginning, the Director of Information and Culture of Parwan Province, Mawlavi Shamsur Rahman Siddiqui, talked about the importance of the National Purple Flower Festival and its history and said that the purpose of this festival is to promote culture and literature.
Mr. Siddiqui said, Parwan province is always the center of attention of kings and domestic and foreign tourists due to its tourist locations, and Purple Flower hill is one of its important tourist spots.
 Later, the Governor of Parwan Maulvi Obaidullah Aminzadeh pointed to the history of this type of parades and said that it was common to hold such parades before Islam, which was used by the Prophets and leaders the people to turn to Islam.
  Mr. Muhammad Rafi Bayan, the manager of parades, says that the Ministry of Information and Culture is trying to register the Purple Flower Hill as a national entertainment center of the country's cultural heritage.
  After the speeches, the poets and writers welcomed the festival by reciting their poems.
