Officials of International Organizations met with the Director of Information and Culture of Bamyan Province 

On Monday (29th of January), the officials of International Organization in Bamyan province met with the Director of Information and Culture, Mawlavi Safiullah Raed.
In this meeting, which was held at the Department of Information and Culture, the Director of the UNAMA office in Bamyan, Sarah Demol, the Directors of the offices of UNDP, UNHCR, UNWOEN, UNFAO, and UNICEF participated.
Officials of international organizations said in their speech: Most of these organizations are active in the areas of aid, agriculture, women's self-sufficiency, and protection of natural resources.
The officials of these institutions requested the Director of Information and Culture to cooperate with them in the areas of coordination and implementation of human activities.
In addition welcoming them, Maulvi Safiullah Raed appreciated the actions of international institutions in the distribution of aid and the construction of infrastructures in this province and said: “The Department of Information and Culture is working to create culture in Bamyan, protect ancient areas, doing important and effective activities for youth support, development of the tourism industry and information delivery, and we are planning good and effective programs in the future.”
Mr. Raed asked the officials of the institutions to have necessary coordination in providing social services and humanitarian aid so that many needy people can benefit from it.
