Officials of the Department of Information and Culture of Herat visited Three districts

 

The Director of Information and Culture of Herat province, local officials, journalists and cultural figures visited the historical areas of three districts (Khasan, Ghorian and Zinda Jan) during a trip.
Mr. Haqqani said that the purpose of the trip was to attract foreign tourists to the historical areas of the districts of Herat province.
According to Mr. Haqqani, the Department of Information and Culture of Herat wants to expand the tourism industry in Herat province.
He expressed his hope that in the future, he will start traveling between provinces and provide tourists with an opportunity to easily visit the ancient monuments of other provinces.
At the same time, Spokesperson of the Governor of Herat Maulvi Nisar Ahmad Ilyas assured that significant efforts have been made in the field of security for domestic and foreign tourists.
It is worth mentioning that in the first six months of this year, 7,000 domestic and foreign tourists visited the historical areas of Herat.
