A Number of Cultural Figures and Writers of Nimroz Province were Honored

Yesterday, by the Department of Information and Culture of Nimroz province, the cultural figures of this province who participated in the artistic and cultural awards of the 1402 Konkor competition, as well as the writers who collaborated in preparing contents for the Nimroz newspaper, were appreciated.
The meeting started with the recitation of some blessed verses of the Holy Quran, then the Director of Information and Culture Alhaj Mufti Habibullah Elham spoke about the value and importance of art and said; “In the past four decades, the art and culture was not taken into account. Now we will try together to support the art and the masters of the pen so that they can serve the society in a better way.”
Mr. Ilham asked the writers and artists to point out the existing problems within the framework of Islamic and Afghan values and work to solve and eliminate them with the coordination and cooperation of the system.
In the end, the artists who participated in the cultural and artistic awards competition, as well as some of the writers who shared their content with Nimroz magazine from time to time, were honored with letters of appreciation.
