The second coordination meeting with the spokespersons of the government agencies of the western zone was held in Herat
On Tuesday (14th of Rabi al-Awwal 1446), the second coordination meeting was held with the spokespersons and press of the western zone government agencies in Herat province by the Department of Access to Information related to the broadcasting affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture.
In the meeting, Mawlvi Ziaul Haq Haqmal, head of Bakhtar Agency and acting deputy minister for publication, the head of access to information, Maulvi Rehmatullah Nariwal, plan and policy director, Fida Muhammad Dost, head of the inspection directorate Mawlvi Abdul Qadim Salar, directors of western zone information and culture departments. Officials and the press of other government agencies participated.
Mawlvi Ahmadullah Muttaqi, head of the information and culture department of Herat, welcomed the participants of the meeting and added that the Islamic Emirate is committed to the full cooperation of the media and professional journalists. Head of Information Access Department Mawlvi Rehmatullah Nariwal said: We have convened meetings at the zonal level to establish coordination between the spokespersons and the media. The head of Bakhtar Agency and the acting deputy minister of broadcasting, Maulvi Zia-ul-Haq Hakmal, listened to the problems and concerns of the media officials at the end of the meeting and assured them to solve their problem. Those Afghan journalists who reflect incorrect analysis of the foreigners about Afghanistan are promoting foreign incitement unconsciously. Afghan media should have full respect for the holy names so that there is a difference between us and foreign media.
