According to Qari Hamdullah Saeed, the head of youth affairs for the Kandahar province's Department of Information and Culture, 200 youngsters in Kandahar were engaged in an online freelance self-assessment test in collaboration with YHDO and the Ministry of Youth Affairs.
The top 100 competitors will be selected to pursue their studies in the freelancing field after successfully passing the assessment test.
Mr. Saeed claimed that the selection of the 100 successful candidates was carried out accurately and that the examination process was highly transparent.
It is worth noting that sometime before in Kandahar, youth who tested for the freelancing program—a number of the best performers—were moved to Kabul's center for additional studies.
