On Wednesday, 20th of Dhul-Qa'da 1445, the Ministry of Information and Culture deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs, in collaboration with WAR Child Canada, conducted an in-person assessment test of 150 teenagers for the freelancing (online commerce) program in the center of Kabul.
Fifty of these youngsters will receive training in online business and freelance work.

Hazratullah Sharifi, director of programs at the Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs, assured exam participants that the examination process would be transparent and the eligible candidates would be chosen for education.

The test participants thanked the Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs and requested that similar programs be expanded.
