The Department of Access to Information held a coordination meeting with the spokespersons of the government directorates
On Tuesday (28 Shawwal-ul-Mukarram 1445), the Department of Access to Information of the Ministry of Information and Culture held a coordination meeting with the spokespersons of the government directorates in the conference hall of the Tourism Department.
In this meeting, Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah, Deputy minister of Art and Culture Mawlavi Atiqullah Azizi, acting deputy minister of Broadcasting Mawlavi Zia-ul-Haq Haqmal, Head of the Department of Access to Information Mawlavi Rahmatullah Nariwal and directors of different departments of the Ministry, spokespersons of the government directorates, media officials and reporters participated.
The meeting started with the blessed verses of the Holy Quran, after welcoming to the participants, The Prime Minister's letter was scrutinized by the head of the department of access to information in which the letter states that the Ministry of Infromation and Culture to Conduct training seminars for spokespersons of the government directorates once in every 3 months.
Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah, Acting minster of the Ministry of Information and Culture said that the Spokespersons of government directorates should focus on their responsibilities and share information in a timely manner with media. Today’s organized coordination meeting is in order to establish a good coordination between the spokespersons, media and journalists in broadcast affairs. The spokespersons should Reflect achievements of Islamic Emirates in a positive way.
Maulavi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy minister of Arts and Culture welcomed the participants of the meeting and said: The purpose of this meeting is to create compatibility between the spokespersons of government directorates and the media. In the future it will be held once in every three months in which the problems, suggestions and demands of the spokespersons, media and reporters will be discussed.
Mr. Azizi asked the spokespersons to work better for the persistence of the government and In addition of the official and local languages.
During the meeting, the spokespersons shared their recommendations, suggestions, views and requests.
The meeting ended with the recitation of prayers by Maulavi Zia-ul-Haq Haqmal, Acting deputy minister of Broadcasting.
