The Head of Nangarhar Province's Public Islamic and National Youth Association and members met with the Director of information and Culture Maulvi Noor Muhammad Hanif.
Waliullah Salarzi, the official of this association, while expressing his support to the Director of Information and Culture, said: “We are very grateful to the Department of Information and Culture, which has done a lot for the youth of Nangarhar province, with little facilities.
