There has been a significant increase in the number of people who love to study books at the Public Library of the Department of Information and Culture Helmand
In this regard, Mr. Mohsin Omari, the person in charge of the library, said; “We have provided full opportunities for learning and studying for book lovers and the effort is ongoing so that we can expand the scope of our activities for study lovers.”
According to him, in the last month (941) students came to the public library and used the various books of the library to increase their knowledge and this is the first time in a month that a large number of students use public library books.
It is worth mentioning that the Helmand Public Library, with its books of various faculties, provides a good location, a peaceful atmosphere and many possibilities for studying books, where it is open  from 7:00 AM to late in the day.
