Deputy Minister of Art and Culture met with the Head of Shanti Voluntary Organization

Moulvi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture of the Ministry of Information and Culture, met with Dr. Javed Safi, who is in charge of Shanti Volunteer Organization, in his office.
During the visit, Dr. Javed Safi, who is in charge of Shanti organization, said that this organization has been working in the field of books and libraries for children in the east of the country for about two decades and is working on increasing the tradition of reading books in the country. 
The Head of the organization added; that Shanti organization built a library for children on 245 square meters of land in Nangarhar province, which was put to use last week. Mr. Safi added that he wants to build equipped libraries for children in 3 areas of Kabul and according to a plan, he wants to build mobile libraries for tourists in national parks and tourist areas of the country.
Mr. Azizi thanked the officials of Shanti organization and assured them of all kinds of cooperation.
