Five Ancient Sites have been discovered in Saripul Province

The professional delegation of the Department of Archeology in collaboration with the Department of Information and Culture of Saripul province discovered five ancient sites in the center, Gosfande and Sancharak districts of the said province.
These areas include ancient and historical mosques, temples and hills. By looking at the preliminary evidence and observations, it was found that these ancient and historical areas are related to the Islamic and pre-Islamic periods.
In this regard, the Director of Archeology Zabihullah Sadat said, we are planning to continue the survey of ancient areas in other provinces of the country in order to discover new areas and save them from destruction and encroachment.
