28 historical areas have been recorded in Zabul

The Department of Information and Culture of Zabul informs that with the arrival of Islamic Emirate in different areas of this province, they have increased their activities and registered more areas as historical heritage.
Abdul Wali Basharmal, the Manager of Culture and Tourism of the Department of Information and Culture of Zabul, said that before this, no attention was paid to the historical monuments and water bodies of the historical province of Zabul, but with the rule of Islamic Emirate they have increased the process of protecting the historical water bodies. They have been able to identify more historical areas than before and have recorded that this process is still moving forward rapidly.
Mr. Basharmal assured that he has proposed the budget and possibilities to the ministry to visit some historical places and to register the newly known areas.
According to him, before they had 10 historical records, and after the arrival of Islamic Emirates this number has increased to 28.
At the same time, a number of culturalists and writers of Zabul have requested the government to look at the history and name of Zabul and pay attention to the historical places and heritage.
Zabul Province has many historical sites, the most important of which are Ghashi Minar, Balahisar, Sahib Khan Hills, Sur Tak, Shah Alam Khan Fort, the grandfather of Mirwais, Sultan Malkhi Fort, etc... Now there is hope that the Ministry of Information and Culture of Afghanistan will pay more attention to this historic water.
