A Joint Delegation of Four Ministries headed by the Ministry of Information and Culture visited Kandahar province

Today, Monday 2023/2/13, a joint delegation consisting of Ministry of Information and Culture, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Urban Development and Ministry of Interior visited Kandahar province.
The purpose of the delegation was to visit and assess the ancient site of the Narenj Palace, the remains of the Narenj Palace and its walls.

Mawlawi Noor Ahmad Saeed, Director of Information and Culture of Kandahar, said that the professional delegation visited the ancient area of Naranj Palace, Naranj Palace and the remnants of its walls.

Mr. Saeed added that the remaining signs and other parts of the “Old City” were also surveyed and examined for the purpose of protection, in order to prepare a complete security plan for the protection of this area.
It should be noted that the “Old City” is a valuable and rich example of the ancient regions of five thousand years of the countries history.
