Acting Minister of Information and Culture Stressed on Strengthen Relations Between Afghanistan and Iran

Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah, Acting Minister of Information and Culture, met with Bahador Aminian, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kabul.

At the beginning, the Acting Minister of Information and Culture referred to the development and strengthening of cultural relations between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran and called the Islamic Republic of Iran a good neighbor.

Then Bahador Aminian, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, spoke and mentioned about the need to sign a memorandum of understanding on media cooperation, cooperation in the field of radio and television and news agencies, scholarships in journalism and other fields, development of tourism industry in Afghanistan, revival of heritage Cultural and tourist attractions, cooperation in the field of museum management and preservation of antiquities and awarding scholarships to students in the fields of archeology and museum management, cooperation in helping public libraries in Afghanistan and awarding scholarships in the field of librarianship.

The Acting Minister of Information and Culture then expressed his appreciation for the comprehensive cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in various fields and the awarding of scholarships to Afghan students.
