Cultural Attaché Attends Program Titled “The Arab World Through the Eyes of Russian Artists”

The Cultural Attaché of the Ministry of Information and Culture, Mr. Fazl-ul-Hadi Hamza, participated in a cultural program titled “The Arab World Through the Eyes of Russian Artists/Painters”, held at the Embassy of the Islamic Emirate in Moscow, the capital of the Russian Federation, upon the official invitation of the General Assembly of the Peoples of the World.

The program was attended by special representatives of the Assembly, including representatives of the Government of the Republic of Crimea, officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, diplomatic representatives and ambassadors of Arab countries, as well as Russian artists.

During the course of the program, Mr. Fazl-ul-Hadi Hamza held comprehensive discussions with the General Representative of the Assembly and with diplomats from Arab countries regarding the establishment and strengthening of cultural relations.
