تلاش ها برای استحکام و کاشی شانی سومین منارمصلی تاریخی هرات ادامه دارد.

کار استحکامات و مرمت مناره‌ها در ادامه کار خشت فرش اطراف آرامگاه سلطان حسین بایقرا، زیبا سازی آرامگاه سلطان و باستانشناسی ابتدایی در ساحه مصلی آغاز شده بود.

آریا رووفیان رییس اطلاعات و فرهنگ هرات به آژانس باختر گفت که پروژۀ مرمت ابتدایی ساحه مصلی هرات که به حمایت مالی شورای امنیت کشور سال گذشته آغاز شده بود، چندی بعد به پایه اکمال خواهد رسید.

ساحه تاریخی مصلی هرات هنوز به کار گسترده‌ و بودجه هنگفتی نیاز دارد که به صورت اساسی و بنیادی مطابق معیارهای حفظ میراث های فرهنگی مرمت و به سازی گردد.
