A meeting to encourage people to Study Books was held in Badghis

Yesterday, the Director of Badghis Information and Culture met with the managers of private libraries in the center of this province in order to encourage people to study books.
The meeting started with the recitation of the holy verses of the Holy Quran.
Later, the Director of Information and Culture, Mawlawi Mutiullah "Muttaqi" said that the managers of all our libraries are requested to encourage young people to study books, to spread the culture of reading books among the people and to have books that are in accordance to Islamic values and Afghan culture. He added that the Islamic Emirate always tries to enrich the libraries and encourage people to study.
It is worth noting that in recently, a number of bookstores had complained about the lack of buying, selling and reading books in Qalah E Naw city of Badghis province, and they have asked the Islamic Emirate to help them in this regard.
