In Kandahar, a survey was conducted for the restoration of several historical reservoirs

On Tuesday (25 Dhu al-Hijjah 1445), a survey was conducted in Kandahar province to restore five historical reservoirs. Abdul Shakur Chapand, the head of art and culture at the Department of Information and Culture, stated that an engineering delegation from the Ministry of Information and Culture carried out the initial survey for restoring the Martyrs' graveyard firqa, Sulaiman Akhund Mar, Chehal Zaino, Hazrat Ji Baba, and Sarpush Bazar.
The restoration work will commence under the guidance of the Ministry of Information and Culture. Since the arrival of the Islamic Emirate, the restoration of many historical sites and monuments in Kandahar has begun.
Notably, the tomb of Mirwais Nika, the tomb of Zargune Anna, the tomb of Ahmad Shah Baba, and the Ahmadshahi Pool have already been completed, while work on Ahmad Shah Baba's house is in progress.
