Journalists and Media Officials Met With the Governor of Helmand Province 

 Yesterday, Governor of Helmand Maulvi Abdul Rahman Kundozi and Director of Information and Culture, Hafez Abdul Bari Rashid met with journalists and media officials in the provincial hall.
At the beginning, the media officials and journalists discussed topics such as providing ground for journalists and media officials to travel to the districts, economic empowerment of media, workshops, meetings with officials, reactivation of inactive media, news conferences and a series of other problems in the media sector.
Maulavi Abdul Rahman Kundozi, the governor of Helmand, promised to facilitate the sharing of information with the journalists and emphasized the role of the media in the protection of national interests, public awareness and the achievements of the provincial administration.
Mr. Kunduzi assured the journalists that the provincial administration will not spare its cooperation in solving the problems of the journalists in having access to information.
