A Joint Coordination meeting between Government and Media Officials was held in Logar

Today, Tuesday 2023/2/21, a joint meeting between government and media officials was held at the Logar Information and Culture Department, in which the representatives of the Afghan Journalists Protection Committee, the head of Information and Culture Rafiullah Samim, the province Spokespersons of the authority, the police headquarters, the intelligence and the command of al-Moruf and Nahi an al-Munkar were present.
In the beginning, Aminullah Safa, Manager of Information of the Department of Information and Culture, welcomed the participants and shared comprehensive information about the objectives of the meeting.
Later, the Director of Information and Culture, Rafiullah Samim, thanked the media and journalists for their efforts and cooperation and said, "It is a very happy news that the broadcasting licenses and tax accounts of the local radio stations in Logar have been fully cleared," he added, since the arrival of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan there has been no problem between the media and the government in this province. He also assured the media officials that they should carry out their work with full confidence.
Likewise, Noorullah Stangzai, the manager of Zeenat Radio, also thanked the provincial administration for sharing information and cooperation with the media and asked them to pay attention to solving the economic problems of the media.
Also, Khan Wali Ahmadzai, who is in charge of the safety committee, said that it is a great honor that after coming to power of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, no problem has arisen between the media and government officials. He asked the government spokespersons to cooperate in the areas of access to information and also in the promotion of some programs through radios.
It should be said that at present three private radios are operating in Logar along with two government radios and a printed monthly and another new radio has started its experimental broadcasts under the name of Etihad.
