Hundreds of Foreign and Domestic Tourists have Visited Ghazni Museum

Officials of the Department of Information and Culture of Ghazni Province say that there has been an increase in the number of visitors to the museum this year compared to last year. 
Maulvi Hamidullah Nisar, Director of Information and Culture, says: “Currently, 150 works of art are displayed in the museum, which are related to the pre-Islamic period and the Islamic period, which has dozens of visitors daily.”
According to Mr. Nisar; “Stone, metal, clay, tile and copper artifacts are displayed in the museum, which belong to the Ghaznavid, Bactrian, Kushan and Sasanian periods.”
It is worth mentioning that Ghazni Museum was built in 1356, which is considered one of the richest museums in the country.
