Helmand University and Department of Information and Culture Signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Joint Cooperation

Sunday (17th of March) during a meeting in the courtyard of Helmand University, the President of the said University, Hafez Muhammad Naseem Haqqani, and the Director of Information and Culture, Hafez Abdul Bari Rashid, signed an agreement for joint cooperation.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Haqqani said: “It is a very happy place that Helmand University and Department of Information and Culture signed a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation.”
He added; “Helmand University has been looking for this for a long time to sign an agreement with the Department of Information and Culture, which fortunately we achieved our goal today.”
The Director of Information and Culture Mr. Rashid said: “This agreement will have good results for both sides and will open a new chapter of cooperation in affairs.”
According to him; We have been looking for this since before, in order to create coordination between the academic houses and the Department of Information and Culture, to use the work experiences of each other.
It is worth mentioning that Helmand University has signed agreements with six other departments for joint work and strengthening cooperation with each other.
