Dozens of Young People Graduated From Speech Training Program in Parwan Province

Dozens of young people graduated from the Education Course of the Department of Information and Culture of Parwan province in monthly Speech Training Program. 
In the meeting regarding the graduates, General Manager of Youth Affairs of the Information and Culture Department, Ahmed Javed Poweesh, presented information about the actions and activities of this department in terms of increasing the capacity of the youth and added that, it is a place of happiness that a  number of young people graduated from this Educational Center today.
Afterwards, the Director of Information and Culture of the said province, Maulvi Shamsul Rahman Siddiqui, while congratulating these young people on their graduation, talked about the importance of the art of Speech and said; “Speech field is one of the needs of the society, the youth should accommodate themselves with this skill and improve their eloquence in this particular field.”
