The Director of Information and Culture of Badghis visited Balamorghab District

Yesterday, the Director of Information and Culture of Badghis, Akhundzada Mutiullah Muttaqi, visited Balamarghab district.
During the said trip, Mr. Muttaqi visited the historical fortress of Morichak, which dates back to the era of Alexander the Great, and the old bridge, which dates back to the era of the Timurids.
  During his visit to these areas, Mr. Muttaqi also visited two other historical buildings, which have not yet been registered with the Department of Information and Culture. The name of these two places as known to the local people is Abu Muslim Khurasani Grave and the other one as “Old Bridge” and the historical background of the areas can also be seen.
After this visit, the Director of Information and Culture shared the challenges of the historical sites of Yado during a meeting with the governor of Badghis, Alhaj Maulvi Abdul Samad Javed, whom assured fully cooperate with the Department of Information and Culture.
