Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs Inaugurates Training Center in Takhar

Mawlawi Muhammad Younus Rashid, the Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture, visited Takhar Province to officially inaugurate the Youth Economic Empowerment and Capacity-Building Training Center.

This initiative, established through cooperation between the Takhar Directorate of Information and Culture and the ACTED organization, aims to equip young people with practical skills and knowledge to enhance both their academic and economic capabilities.

During the ceremony, Mawlawi Zabihullah Ansari, Director of Information and Culture for Takhar Province, welcomed the participants and encouraged the youth to seize this opportunity for personal and professional growth.

In his address, Deputy Minister Mawlawi Muhammad Younus Rashid described youth as the active energy and driving force of society. He emphasized that the center should be utilized not only to improve economic and academic potential but also to foster inner growth, values, and character.

Ahmad Javid Akbari, Head of the Northeast Zone Office of ACTED, praised the initiative as a significant step toward expanding opportunities for young people in Takhar.
