The Deputy Minister of Art and Culture visited Bamiyan Province

Maulvi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister of Arts and Culture of the Ministry of Information and Culture, in his official visit to Bamiyan Province, with the the technical team, and the officials of the Department of Historical Monuments Conservation and Archeology, met with the Director of Information and Culture of this province, Safiullah Raeed.
In this meeting, Mr. Azizi called Bamiyan province one of the historical and touristic provinces of the country and he made recommendations to the Director of Information and Culture of the said province to attract and care for the tourists along with the protection of the existing historical reservoirs in this province.
In this trip, Mr. Azizi also visited the construction of the Cultural Center by UNESCO, and visited the Afghan Tour Enterprise whose officials shared the plan of building a new hotel and restaurant in order to increase the revenue and asked for cooperation, while Mr. Azizi assured them of cooperation.
