The Deputy Minister of Art and Culture laid the foundation stone for a restaurant called Kabul Qadim

Moulavi Atiqullah Azizi, Deputy Minister of Art and Culture of the Ministry of Information and Culture, today laid the foundation stone for the construction of a restaurant named Kabul Qadim by Feroz Koh Cultural Organization.
Mr. Azizi said in the said ceremony that the Ministry of Information and Culture is trying to revive the historical identity of the country, as well as restore the historical places that are lost in the old Kabul with the assistance of the cultural organization and the Ministry of Information and Culture.
Mahmood Jan Dost, Director of the Department of Ancient Urban Planning of the Ministry of Urban Development, said that “Murad Khani” is an old area of Kabul with a high historical identity, and protecting this area and building it in the old style will protect the historical illusion and honor of this area.
Mawlavi Abdullah, Commander of the Second Security District of Kabul province, said in the said ceremony, "We will make serious efforts to protect the security of the country's historical areas and monuments."
It is worth mentioning that Kabul Qadim Restaurant is a 150-year-old restaurant in “Murad Khani,” Kabul, which was destroyed 2 years ago and will now be restored.
