The Department of Information and Culture of Laghman Province Started a Campaign to Collect Essential Items With the Returned Refugees

In Laghman, the campaign to collect essential items for the purpose of helping the returned refugees was started during a meeting by the Department of Information and Culture.
The meeting which was organized for this purpose in the office of the mentioned department, apart from the Director Maulvi Abdul Noor Rasooli, Acting Manager of Youth Affairs and the representatives and members of various voluntary societies also participated.
After welcoming the members of the communities, the Director Mr. Rasoli thanked them for participating in voluntary activities with them from time to time; He said that every year the Department of Information and Culture conducts a campaign to collect essential items to help poor families and distributes essential items to many families, for this purpose we are carrying out the above aid campaign to help the returned refugees from pakistan and their families in the cold winter.
He said that the campaign will continue until the 30th of this month and the necessary items collected from different ways will be distributed to the families who have just returned from Pakistan and are in a difficult situation.
He called on the youth to fully cooperate in the said campaign for the returned refugees through public awareness programs.
It was mentioned that last year 1000 pairs of different knitted clothes were collected and distributed to the poor during this campaign.
