The Department of Information and Culture of Balkh Province Distributed Stationery to the Prisoners

Yesterday, Thursday (2023/10/19), the Director of Information and Culture of Balkh Province, Maulvi Zabihullah Noorani, gave books, booklets and pens to the prisoners during his visit to the jail of the province.
In meeting with the prisoners, Mr. Noorani, in addition to asking about their conditions, conveniences and problems, in order to spread the culture of study, gifted books, notebooks and pens to the prisoners, so that they can study in their spare time and increase their information in different fields and make effective use of the study. Also, Mr. Noorani added that those who have literacy and knowledge should cooperate with other friends in the field of knowledge and education and should not spend their time in vain.
Hafez Abdul Rahman Hammat, the Director of the General Prison of Balkh Province, thanked the Director of the Department of Information and Culture of Balkh Province, who visited the prison administration and the prisoners. Mr. Hamat added that necessary and essential facilities have been provided for the prisoners and all their needs are taken care of.
