On Sunday (4th of February), an academic and cultural seminar was held for journalists, media workers and youth by the Department of Information and Culture of Baghlan province.
Maulvi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi, Director of Information and Culture of Baghlan, said: "In this province, different sections of the society are doing their work in an atmosphere of peace without religious bias and there are no problems."
Hashmi added; In order to increase the academic and cultural ability of the youth in many fields, the Department of Information and Culture has created various publications and these efforts are still ongoing.
Maulvi Abdul Rahman Haqqani, governor of Baghlan, said: “The young generation of the country should work for the development of the country by considering the religious and Islamic values of the country.”
In this seminar, it is also emphasized that poets and writers should write poetry considering the problems of the society and take the values of different parts of the country into consideration while writing and poetry.
