A Coordination Meeting was Held With Media Officials and Journalists in Nimroz Province 

Yesterday, the Department of Information and Culture of Nimroz province held a coordination meeting with media officials and reporters of the said province.
The meeting was held in the meeting hall of the Department of Information and Culture in the presence of the Director of the said department, Mufti Habibullah Elham, the Press Officer of the provincial office, Rahimullah Sajid, and the officials and journalists of the audio and visual media.
Director of Information and Culture, Alhaj Mufti Habibullah "Ilham" welcomed the participants and mentioned that the purpose of this meeting is to prevent violations by the media, to listen to their problems and address them, on the other hand, he insisted the media on getting their license and its extension.
Mr. Ilham told media officials and reporters: “Working for the promotion of Afghani is a national duty, therefore, media officials and journalists should correct the ban on foreign exchange and foreign words on billboards, carry out their press mission by creating public awareness programs, and also journalists should refrain from using foreign words in preparing news and reports while considering national interests, Afghan culture and values.”
He assured to establish comprehensive cooperation and coordination with media officials and journalists.
Journalists and media representatives thanked the Department of Information and Culture and the Emirate's Press Officers for their good cooperation and relations with the media and considered such meetings important.
