A Coordination meeting was held between Journalists, Media Officials and Government Spokespersons

Today, Tuesday 2023/2/14, a monthly coordination meeting was held between journalists, media officials and government spokesmen at the Helmand Department of Information and Culture.
The Director of the Department of Information and Culture, Hafez Abdulbari Rashid Helmandi, General Manager of Information Mawlawi Muhammad Qasim Riaz, General Manager of National Radio and Television MawlawiNazar Muhammad Zahid, Manager of Bakhtar Agency Muhammadullah Amani, Journalists, Media Officials and Government Spokesmen participated in the meeting.
The meeting started with the blessed verses of the Holy Quran.
In the beginning, the Director of Information and Culture, Hafez Abdul Bari Rashid Helmandi, said, "We are ready to cooperate with journalists in any way. We have made it easier for journalists to have access to information compared to the past."
He added that all journalists and media officials should coordinate among themselves and with the Department of Information and Culture, so that they do not face any obstacles in obtaining information and in daily affairs.
Wahidullah Wahdat, the head of the journalists' union, thanked the Department of Information and Culture for sharing information with him on time and for cooperating with him in the media sector.
He requested the cooperation of the officials related to the current situation of journalists and media and the officials gave him a positive response.
At the end of the meeting, all journalists and media officials shared their problems with the Department of Information and Culture and necessary decisions were taken.
