Coordination Meeting Was Held Between The Department of Information and Culture of Urozgan Province and The Media

A monthly coordination meeting was held between the government and the media under the leadership of the Director of the Department of Information and Culture and Qari Aghawali Qureshi in the Department of Information and Culture of Urozgan province, in which the spokespersons of government agencies, the representative of Committee for the Protection of Journalists, Najibullah Latif, the Department of Information and Department of Culture’s Manager of Information Raz Mohammad Zameer, media representatives and journalists participated.
At the beginning, Mr. Qureshi thanked all the officials and journalists, who have been active in the media sector and have fulfilled their responsibility.
He also asked all the institutions that are active in the media sector to create programs to increase the capacity of journalists in this province so that the journalists can benefit from them and expand their work area.
Najibullah Latif, who is in charge of the Journalists' Safety Committee in this province, shared information about some achievements and future plans and assured the journalists of cooperation.
