A Coordination Meeting with Media Representatives was held Under the Chairmanship of the Director of Information and Culture

A monthly coordination meeting with media representatives was held in the office of the Department of Information and Culture of Maidan Wardak under the leadership of the Director of the said department, Maulvi Habibullah Mujahid.
Maulvi Habibullah Mujahid praised the coordination of journalists with the Department of Information and Culture and added; “This department provides opportunities for all journalists to create more harmony between the people and the Islamic Emirate. The media has the status of a bridge between the government and the nation.”
  The Manager of Information Alhaj Najibullah Fikarman thanked the available media outlets in Maidan Wardak and asked them to renew their licenses in order to continue their broadcasts and advertisements in accordance with the policy of the Islamic Emirate.
  Mr. Elias, the head of the Union of Journalists, said: “There has been no incident of violence against journalists since the arrival of the Islamic Emirate.”
The meeting is held every month under the leadership of the Department of Information and Culture in coordination with the Journalists' Safety Committee.
