A Coordination Meeting Between the Government and the Media was held in Sar-e-pul

Today, Sunday 2023/2/26, a coordination meeting was held with the Committee for the Protection of Afghan Journalists at the Information and Culture Department of Sar-e-pul, during which, the Assistant to The Governor Nader Haqjo, the spokesperson for the Governor, the Manager of Information and Culture Department Ayamuddin Yoldash, Manager of National Radio and Television Abdul Sami Hamidi and other private media officials and journalists participated.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ghulam Sakhi Farutan, who is in charge of the journalists' safety committee of Sar-e-pul Province, gave information about the agenda of the meeting, then Mohammad Nader Haqjo, the Assistant Governor of Sar-e-pul Province, spoke and said that the media managers should teach Islamic values and Afghan traditions and consider the national interest; Whilst avoid spreading false information and spread the truth.
  Also, the Manager of Information and Culture of Sar-e-pul Province Ayamuddin Yuldash informed the participants of the meeting about the activities of the media in this province and expressed his satisfaction with the coordination between the media and the department of information and culture.
In this meeting, Abdul Jamil Waqar, the head of the Protection Committee of Afghan Journalists, and a number of media officials and journalists also shared their suggestions, problems and demands and requested solutions from the local authorities.
The local officials promised to cooperate with them in solving the problems.
