Charkh District Public Library Has Become Operational After Eight Years Of Delay

 

The Department of Information and Culture of Logar province has restarted operations of the Library of Charkh district, which was inactive for 8 years.
The Director of Information and Culture of this province, Rafiullah Samim, with the Manager of Culture and Tourism, Mohammad Gul Tasal and the Manager of Youth Affairs, Zabihullah Jawad, visited Charkh district and signed a new plan for the public library of the said district and introduced the new Manager for the Library.
In this regard, Mr. Samim said, "It is a matter of pride that today, after 8 years of delay, the public library of Charkh district is once again functioning and the new manager is also starting his work."
Mr. Samim added that studying is an important step for the development of society and personal life. He added that with having to provide cultural and educational services to the people and take necessary steps in order to brighten their minds.
