Books were donated to the General Prison Library of Kandahar province

On Sunday (25th of February, 2024), the Director of Information and Culture of Kandahar Province Maulvi Inamullah Samangani, Art and Culture Manager Abdul Shakur Chapand and Public Library Manager Abdul Samad donated 200 books to the library of the general prison.
The said books, which were written on various topics, were handed over to the officials of Suleiman Mako Library related to the prison by the Department of Information and Culture.
Mr. Samangani said: The purpose of donating books is to provide study opportunities and grounds for the prisoners and to provide opportunities for a good individual and social life.
