The Best Speech Competition was held by the Department of Information and Culture of Laghman Province 

Yesterday, the best speech competition was held under the title (The Need of Religious and Modern Sciences for a Muslim youth) by the Management of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture of Laghman Province.
Director of Information and Culture Maulvi Abdul Noor Rasooli said; “The purpose of these competitions is to improve the talent, delivery, courage and scientific capacity of the youth, so that they can develop the best speech skills in the future.”
17 people from different madrasas, schools and universities participated in this competition. Each speaker gave ten minutes of information on the topic, where four judges were selected to do the assessments on the subject of sovereignty, professionalism and delivery, quality of speech, representation and style. 
At the time of the announcement of the results of the competition, as the winner of the first class, a laptop computer and a book of Nooraliqin were given to the student of Laghman Jihadi Madrasah, Talibul Alam Hasibullah son of Umargul, and a set of Nooraliqin book was given to the winner of the second class, Talibul Alam of Laghman Darul Uloom, Ahmed Zahir son of Muhammad Yasin was given a Ahqaq al-Haq books, a pair of clothes and Nooraliqin book as a gift and the third grade winner of Islah Private High School Hamid Mudbar, son of Samiullah, was given a pair of clothes, a copy of Shaitan Lashkar book and a copy of Nooraliqin books as gifts.
It is worth mentioning that the other participants of the competition were also given a pair of clothes and a book of Nuraliqin books as gifts.
