"Art in the Mirror of the Day," a calligraphy and antique painting display, presented at the State Art Gallery
On Wednesday, Dhul-Qa'da 1445, the Department of Arts, Deputy Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Information and Culture presented an exhibition of paintings and calligraphy titled "Art in the Mirror of the Day.
" The exhibition was attended by the director of the Ministry of Information and Culture's office, the Ministry's spokesperson, the director of Planning and Policy, the Ministry's advisor, the head of the art school, journalists, media officials, youth, and artists.
The director of the state gallery, Maulvi Muhammad Lal Muneeb, stated that "exhibitions give expression to artists' thoughts and will give rise to artists' artistic taste." He conveyed his gratitude to the artists for their all-around collaboration and asked the young artists to focus their efforts on producing Islamic art to advance the field of art.
According to Mufti Rafiullah Naseh Amir Nigaristan, "Artistic works and artists have received no attention in the last twenty years." Fortunately, the Islamic Emirate has paid attention to artworks, and the Department of Art is seeking a more attention supply artists with artistic works.". Participants enjoyed the play that the theatrical team performed at the end of the session.
