The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture listened to the demands and problems of Journalists in Badakhshan

Yesterday Wednesday (2023/9/6), Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah, Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture, while the Deputy Minister of Broadcasting of this Ministry, Mohajer Farahi, was also present; Met with Badakhshan’s journalists and media representatives.

In this meeting, journalists and media representatives shared their problems and demands in media activity license, access to information and other related areas and asked for a solution.
They also thanked the authorities of Islamic Emirate for their cooperation and promised to work with all their might to strengthen the system and serve the citizens.
In addition, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah, in his speech, emphasized greater coordination between the Ministry of Information and Culture and the media and said; “We are trying to support the private media economically in addition to the government media and try to solve their problems.” 
He asked journalists and media representatives to publish facts and topics that will strengthen national unity among Afghans and refrain from publishing things that are against Islamic values and national interests.
Also, Deputy Minister of Broadcasting of the Ministry of Information and Culture Mohajer Farahi also assured that regarding providing timely information to the media, he will talk with the relevant Emirate agencies and the efforts of the ministry are continuing in this regard.
