Mavlawi Zabihullah Noorani, head of the Information and Culture Department of Balkh Province, expressed pride in the young people’s getting modern education in their own country. He encouraged the youth to seize available opportunities to develop their skills and compete on a global level.
Moulavi Mohammad Youns Rashid, the deputy minister of Youth Affairs, remarked on the significant changes over the past twenty years. He noted that the youth had bravely fought against oppressors and, with the establishment of complete security, now the youth have ample opportunities for education. He assured them that the gap between religion and modern science would be bridged. He urged young people to share their knowledge with others and to remain in the country to contribute to their communities instead of seeking opportunities abroad.
Several graduates expressed their gratitude for the free education provided by the Ministry of Information and Culture's Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs, emphasizing their readiness to serve themselves and their communities.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, all graduates received certificates and were awarded computers.
