20 Young People Graduated From A Speech Training Course in Nangarhar Province
A Graduation ceremony was held for the 20 young graduates of Speech training that had been started by the Department of Information and Culture of Nangarhar for young people in speech, character building and English at Nangarhar Public Library, on the initiative of “Eastern Literary Movement.”
Ziauddin Himatmal, the head of the “Eastern Literary Movement,” told the participants of the meeting, it is a place of pride today, that we have trained such young people who were unable to speak even in small gathering before, he added, now is the time that full work should be done on the intellectual development of the youth, because the future of the country is in their hands.
In addition to congratulating the graduates, Himatmal thanked the Nangarhar Information and Culture Department for providing education to poor and underprivileged youth.
Dost Muhammad Dost, Manager of Art and Culture of National Television, thanked the Nangarhar Department of Information and Culture and “Eastern Literary Movement” for the initiative of creating such free programs for the youth.
At the end of the meeting, the graduates were given certificates.
