100 students Graduate from the Freelancing Program in Samangan
In Samangan province, 100 students graduated from a freelancing program, while 250 others were newly enrolled. The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister for Youth Affairs, Mawlawi Muhammad Yunus Rashid, provincial officials from the Ministry of Information and Culture, representatives of ACTED, and numerous young people.
Provincial Director of Information and Culture, Mawlawi Firozuddin Munib, said that the Islamic Emirate is creating opportunities for online education and jobs to reduce unemployment. He added that 100 students have now completed the program, and 250 more have joined for training.
Deputy Minister Rashid stressed that youth should learn both modern sciences and religious studies. He also promised financial support for starting online businesses.
ACTED representative Muhammad Alam Nawabi mentioned that five youth centers are active in Aybak, Khulm, Khuram, Sarbagh, Hazrat Sultan, and Feroz Nakhchir districts. These centers teach freelancing, English, web design, office programs, and graphic design.
At the end of the event, certificates were given to the graduates.
